JPS Property Maintenance was founded in 2003 by John Shannon. Having gained valuable practical hands on experience after working with his father for many years, who is a local builder. JPS Property Maintenance is based in Lancing, Sussex and offers professional Property Maintenance services to a 50 mile radius – including Brighton, Shoreham. Worthing, Ferring,Findon, Littlehampton, Steyning, Storrington, and Pulborough.
